ANGLO-SOVIET TREATY
REDS STILL BELIEVE DOCUMENT MILL BE RATIFIED. LONDON, Nov. 3. The Times’ Moscow correspondent savs: Moscow still professes to believe the Anißo-Soviet treaty will he ratified. ••The Soviet Government’s growing influence ill world polit'cs and Britain's own economic interests will compel even the Conservative Government to take this step,” declares the newspaper Isvestia, which declines to accept the result of the British election as ruling the treaty out of court . “Not only the British proletarian masses, but also a considerable part of the bourgeoisie understand the necessity for an agreement with the Soviet Government. Therefore, in some form or other, this treaty will be ratified even by the new Conservative administration.” —Times.
