ATTEMPT TO SLAY DE RIVERA. MADRID. Nov. 2. A strange story is told of the attempted assassination ot Do Rivera. When the Spaniards who were besiege in Tetiian were relieved De Rivela summoned the only officer remaining alive. Lieutenant Decamps, to give’ an account of the siege. He accused Decamps of cowardice. Decamps fired a revolver at De Rivera, wounding him in the arm. He was oourt-inartiailed and shot. The new spapers reported that he died or pneumonia.—i Sun.
