The Arahura left Napier last evening, and on arrival here will ho tendered to-day with one launch at 6 a.m. for inward and outward passengers, the vessel proceeding on to Tckcmaru Day and Auckland immediately afterwards. She is expected to arrive at Auckland about Ba.m. on Sunday, making the passage from Gisborne to Auckland in 24 hours. The Yvnnaka is expected to leave Dunedin to-day. After completing loading at Oamaru, Tirna.ru, Lyttelton and Wellington the vessel proceeds to Napier, Gisborne and Auckland to d'soharge. She is due here about Nov. 10. The Katoa is due here with Newcastle coal about November 12. The Federal Steam Navigation C'o.'s steamer Ruapehu sailed from Liverpool on Sunday. October 26 for Auckland. Gisborne", "Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin. The Tc Aroha arrived from Wr.irea yesterday morning, and is dee to sail again for that port this evening. The Awahou arrived from the IJ.B. port yesterday morning, and sailed yesterday evening for the Cpast. When the wind is favorable the. TJ’sie Mary, already loaded with general cargo for this port, sails from Auckland.
The Tiroa arrived from Auckland and Coastal bays yesterday, sailing last night on the return trip. The Huanui arrived with shingle from South yesterday morning. A new boat for the Coastal trade will probably sail from England towards the end of the month. Hus is the U.S.S. Co.’s s.s. Karetu, which was launched the other dav by Messrs William Grey and Co. of Hartlepool.
