Jacob Franks, whose son was killed by Nathan Leopold and Richard Loch, the youthful sons of American millionaires, has established a trust fund, so that if lie dies there will be available lawyers and money to frustrate any attempt on the part of the murderers to secure a rehearing of their case in the hope of obtaining release from prison.
