SETTLING THE FRONTIER. (Received Get. 30. 5 p.m. ) BRUSSELS. ‘Get. 23. The decision of the Council cf the League of Nations whereto the question of the status quo of the TurcoIraq frontier, was referred, has estblisked a lane whereby the Brit.sh g.ve up the administration of a small tract but do not evacuate anything, while the Turks evacuate some villages. No strategically important place is affected on either side . Both parties agreed to accept the decision. A neutral commission of three members, headed by Count Teiccri, ex-Hungar-ian Premier, which is to proceed to Mosul at the earliest possible moment to finally settle the frontier, whereto this provisional ime- bears no ro.atior.s -—Reuter.
