At the Supreme Court, the Grand Jury returned true bills in the two murder charges and carried the following rider on the completion of their duties i “That in view of tho bestiality shown in many of the cases presented to the Grand Jury it he a recommendation that tho Judge’s power to inflict the punishment of flogging be moro frequently exercised.”—P.A.
