TO OPEN TO-MORROW
Record entries and the keenest interest by the public indicate that the A. and P. Association’s show to open to-morrow should be one of the most successful functions yet held by the Association. Practically every section in the lengthy schedule shows an increase in numbers, and in response to numerous requests, many new classes have been added. lir the trade exhibits practically every business firm of note in the district will be represented, and in addition there are several outside entries. The- poultry classes arc larger than ever, and in this connection exhibitors are reminded that all birds must be in the pens by 8.30 sharp on Wednesday morning - . Pbo clop; sections has filled remarkably well, and there should be ah exhibition creditable in every respect to the bay. As is well-known there are numerous valuable dogs in the district, and many of these will be on exhibition for the first time. In the riding competitions, entries are more numerous that ever, and these have now to extend over two days. The Ladies’ and gentlemen’s should ho the hc-st yet seen locally.
Amongst the sideshows are numerous attractions of note from distant parts, and the usual exhibitions of weird and wonderful animals, circuses gymasts, strong men, cheapjacks, etc will also he located on the ground.
