An American naval wireless message* received from.-Pekin this evening con-, firms the statement that the city ia completely isolated as ffir ns telegraph and railways am concerned. Tho cause has net been ascertained. The message adds :■ “The city, which is under the control' of the Christians., general, Fengyuhslang, is peacenik and there is no cause for alarm.” It is regarded as significant that* General Feiqgyuhsiang should liava returned to- Pekin from the front..
