.AUCKLAND, Oct. 24. At the inquest on the schoolboy George Taylor the verdict was that death was due to epilepsy. The headmaster said he caved M. sod and another boy to an interview not intended for punishment. The boy was not punished yesterday. GORED BY A BULL. ASHBURTON. Oct. 24. Thomas Stewart, of Raker a. 64 years of ago, was admitted to the Ashburton Hospital suffering from extensive injuries, the result of being gored by a bull this morning. who is a laborer was badly injured on the bead and face and in ibe groin, and also had bis chest crushed and cue lung damaged. ASHBURTON. Oct. 24. Charles, Dawson, aged oS. a wellknown farmer at Watorton, died in toll hospital this morning from a fractured skull sustained through being thown from a bo-sc, on Wednesday night. ...The deceased was dragged for some distance and was found staggering towards homo, leading the horse. !
