The Transvaal coalminers have offered the Imperial Government one hundred thousand tons of coal. Mr R unci man announced that- the Government- had already given the French Admiralty and .railways the benefit of arrangement s" bet ween the Admiraltv and 'the Welsh collieries. Both Admiralties were benefiting.
