DECLARATION DAY ARRANGEMENTS.

(Times and Sydney Sim Servioms.' (Received July .19, 7.50 p.m.) LONDON, July 19. Lord Rosebery and Mr. .Balfour have completed arrangements to hold meetings throughout the Empire on August, -I—Declaration Day. The Dominions are enthusiastically supporting the project. Mr. Asquith and Mr. Bouar Law approve- of the submission to all meetings of) a draft resolution as follows:

“On tills anniversary of the declaration of a righteous war, this meeting records its inflexible determination to continue to the victorious end a. struggle ill the maintenance of those ideals of liberty and justice which are the common and sacred cause of the Allies.”
