ANOTHER POSTPONEMENT
B v Telegraph—Special Correspondent ' WELLINGTON, July IG. The national cabinet proposal /was farther considered at an Opposition caucus to-day, but, after a somewhat lengthy sitting, it was decided to adjourn until Wednesday next. r j'he matter therefore remains stni undecided. Sir Joseph Ward stated tins evening that some of the members of the party were not present and that i was decided to secure a full attend a nco before coming to a decision on the subject. THE FINANCIAL STATEMENT. The Financial Statement will be probably delivered on Tuesday next. THE RAILWAY STATEMENT. The Railway Statement will be later than usual in coming before 1 arliament this year, the reason being the number of men who have gone to the Front and a slight delay in the .Preparation of the statistics.
