LAND SALE.
Wo wish to remind our readers of the land sale to he held this morning, as advertised in another column, because it will certainly ho to the advantage of anyone interested in land values to attend. We are assured by the agents for the vendor that the reserve placed upon .-these sections are lower than prices obtained h,y actual sales of sections in the vicinity and that they will bo well within the reach of everyone, while it will ho noticed that the terras are exceptionally easy, only £lO cash being required. The property commands a splendid view of the bay and is well subdivided by wellformed and metalled roads into sections of convenient size, suitable for any class of house. Being outside the Borough the property avoids the Borough rating while having nearly all the advantages of being within the boundary. It is easy of access to the business area, and its proximity, to the tramway is a- convenience which cannot he overestimated. The auctioneers, Messrs Williams and Kettle, and the agent, Mr W. Lissaftt Clayton, are confident that the whole property will he cleared at the sale as when the low reserves are realised by the public, spirited bidding will bo elicited. Section 31, on which a good dwelling is erected, will he, offered with section 32 in one. lot.
