DISORDER IN QUEENSLAND PARLIAMENT. (Received July 12. 8.30 p.m.) BRISBANE. July 12. At the opening of Parliament there was unprecedented disorder over the Speakership. The Government proposed Mr McCormack and the Opposition Mr Huxlium. Tlie latter declined and each side insisted on disorder. The trouble was quelled by the Clerk declaring Mr McCormack elected.
