MITFORD SHIELD MATCH

On Saturday afternoon Hie Patutalii Gun Club made a journey to Rare to compete for tho Mitford Challenge Shield 1 . The shooting was carried out in very unfavorable weather, the low scoring being due to t-lie wind and rain which prevailed throughout the shoot. The shoot was a 15-bird one. Bruce 9 Mrs. 11. Stevens 5 H. Stevens ” B. Parker p G. Glennie 12 Total 52 The, day’s sport was concluded with a six-bird sweepstake, which was won by C. Breingan, of the Patutaln Gun Club.
