The said Resolution will be submitted for confirmation to the Ordinary Meeting of the Mangapapa Town Board, to be held at the Hoard’s Office, Mangapapa, on the 20tli day of JULY, 1915, at the hour of 7.30 p.ni., at which meeting the day of coming into force of the By-laws will bs fixed. A copy of the proposed Special Order and By-laws is deposited at the Office of the Board, and also at the Office of Air. H. E. Hill, Union Bank Buildings, Gladstone Road, Gisborne, where the same will be open for public insjiection during office- hours, until the said confirming meeting is held.
