N.Z. ALLIANCE
(PRESS ASSOCIATION TULEGtAM.) WELLINGTON, July 9. A special meeting of tho N.Z. Alliance Executive was held this evening. It was agreed! to enter an emphatic protest to the Minister for Justice against the action of the G'rey Licensing Committee- in granting a license in direct contravention of the spirit and intention of the Act, and against which the presiding Magistrate had deemed it- necessary to protest.
