MaeDoivt d. was .circulated in the House to-day It provides that the Governor-in-Gouncii may issue a grant. .o ih Waiapu County Council of a 1 i-> v o situate in the district of Pover»y Bay bounded towards tlie nortli and '«-1 by the high water mark of the ocean by a line oommeiicing at- Kouuuit point and running thence towards the west, south, and south-east- ny lie said high water mark to Te Mawhu' Point towards the south, by a hit" running due east to low water mark of the ocean towards the east- and by a line running towards the north-west, north and east by the said low water mark to a point directly opposite Kotunni Point, and towards the nor h by a line running'due west to the starting point for harbor purposes with authority to reclaim any part. AH rents or profits arising from lands shall form part of the Harbor 1* urn! Account.
