A BREACH OF CONTRACT. (United Pres* at.) MELBOURNE. July 8. Mr. Justice Hood’s finding in the meat inquiry was that the firm of T. Brothwick and Sons were guilty of a breach of contract and had raised unwarrantable difficulties. None of the other shippers did so. That- W . CAngliss loaded the transport AJo m order to avoid probable prohibition occasioning loss to himself That Angiiss loaded transport A 37 in wilful disobedience of the Government’s decision.
