The testator informed O'Brien that lie had drank a bottle of whisky daily. Witness added that Curran was a coward in. the home, dumb as an oyster when his wife was present. A witness named Barton gave evidence that he knew the testator for many years and ho seemed proud of Tom. The latter gave evidence that hm mother disliked him and was alwayspoisoning his father's mind against him.
