A SAD ACCIDENT

HAMILTON, June J, A man named Scott, while working clay putting this afternoon near the traffic bridge in course of erection, ivos severely injured by a sudden fall of earth. He was extracted alive with extreme difficulty. His recovery is improbable. The injured man has a wife and three children, and only started work yesterday after having been out of employment for some months. CHILD’S BODY FOUND.
WOODY I LITE, June 1. The, body of a newly-born male child was found' inside a- bag in the Mangapapa ereelc, near town, yesterday afternoon. It had been in the water three or four days. There was a piece-, of string round its nock.
