Copyright (Received Jan. 81, 4.15 p.m.) LONDON, Jan. 80. j3fflio directors of the Waihi Grand Junction have resolved to increase the by one hundred thousand sterling, and to issue immediately seventy thousand to shareholders at par, in the proportion of one new share for each four now field.
