I HEREBY give notice that a Poll of Electors (being Ratepayers and Freelioldci's) of the Borough of Gisborne, will be taken upon the proposal to raise a Special Loan of £41,390 for general formation metalling, and improvement of Roads and Streets in the Borough of Gisborne, upon WEDNESDAY, the 3rd day of FEBRUARY, 1909; at the Council'Chambers, Read’s Quay, Gisborne, between the hours of 9 a.m. and G o’clock p.m. It is proposed to allocate the Loan as described in the Schedule already published, which will be shown on voting paper. POLL FOR £35,000 LOAN. I HEREBY give 3ioti.ee that a Poll of Electors (being Ratepayers and Freeholders) of a limited portion of the Borough of Gisborne, namely, in respect of areas Nos. 1,9, and 3, shown on the drainage plan of the Borough of Gisborne as prepared by Mr Mestayer, upon the proposal to raise a Special Loan of £35,000, to provide sewerage, drainage, and necessary plant for the said areas on the said plan, in accordance with the plan and report of Mr R. L. Mestayer, M.I.C.K, obtained by _ the Council, will be taken upon WEDNESDAY, the 3rd day of FEBRUARY' 1909, at the. Council Chambers, Read’s Quay, Gisborne, between the hours of 9 a.m. and G o’clock p.m. N.B.—lf this Poll is carried, the Loan will not be raised unless a Poll to authorise the borrowing of £20,000 •to urovidc outfall sewer, power-house and -daat is also carried. I HEREBY give notice that a Poll of Electors (being Ratepayers and Freeholders) of the Borough of Gisborne, upon a proposal to raise a Special Loan of £20,000 to provide an outfall sewer, power-house, and plant for disposal of sewerage, as reported on and recommended by Mr. R. L.
