I HEREBY give 3ioti.ee that a Poll of Electors (being Ratepayers and Freeholders) of a limited portion of the Borough of Gisborne, namely, in respect of areas Nos. 1,9, and 3, shown on the drainage plan of the Borough of Gisborne as prepared by Mr Mestayer, upon the proposal to raise a Special Loan of £35,000, to provide sewerage, drainage, and necessary plant for the said areas on the said plan, in accordance with the plan and report of Mr R.
