SPIES IN SOUTH AMERICA.

THREE JAPANESE ARRESTED IN ECUADOR, United Press Association. Copyiugut (Received JailT 27, 10.40 p.m.) QUITO, Jan. 27. Three Japanese, supposed to lie spies in the service of Peru, or Japanese army officers, were captured near Cuenca, Ecuador, mapping the country along the frontier. They were lodged in gaol at Guayaquil.
