POVERTY BAY ASSOCIATION
The usual weekly meeting of the Poverty Ray Cricket Association was held nn the ißritsh Empire Hotel last evening. Air. AY. A. J. Gibson (presided. A vote of thanks was accorded to Mes&rs J. H. Lucas and J. H. Martin for donations to the funds of the Association, also to Mr. H. De Costa for presenting >a cricket ball. It was decided that the next round be the final for the championship competitions on both days, .and, at the condlusion of either Competition, in the event of two teams obtaining the same number of championship points, that such teams shall play off, sudh match to be played to a finish. It wUs resolved that a letter be forwarded to the North Shore Cricket Club (Auckland) inviting them to Gisborne for-Easter. NEAV SOUTH A VALES v.
