Staff Captain G. Giitheroe, formerly of Devonport, Tasmania, arrived in Wellington on Thursday to ma11dire the Salvation Army s People s Palace. Staff Capt. Arnott of the Inebriate Institution of the Army, j s at. present in Wellington. He stays here for a few days and will return northward - to resume his work at Pakatoa and Ruth s Island in a few*, days.
