Judge Wright, of Washington., -sentenced Cooper, the president, Mitchell, the vice-president, and Monson, the secretary of the Federation of Labor, to twelve, nine and six months imprisonment respectively for contempt of Court in ignoring an injunction by persistently' blacklisting -the Bucks- Stove Range Company. The prisoners have been bailed, pending an appeal.
