VIGOROUS DUTCH ACTION. CAPTURE OF A VENEZUELAN VESSEL. United Press Association. Copyright (Received Dec. 4, 9.53 p.m.) LONDON, Dec. 14. Reuter’s Caraccas correspondent reports that the Dutch cruiser Gelderlaud captured the Venezuelan coastguardship Alix outside Puerto Cabello. The crew were 6ent ashore, and the vessel taken to 'Willemstad.
