THE WALFfSCH BAY STORY. • ABSOLUTELY DENIED. United Press Association, Copyright (Received Dec. 10, 9.38 p.m.) BERLIN, Dec. 10. In the Reichstag, Herr Dernburg, Director of Colonial Affairs, absolutely denied the “Standard’s” AValfiscli Bay statement, and described it as a mere invention calculated to sow mistrust between Germany and Britain. [Tlie statement was to the effect that Germany had endeavored, unknown to the British Government, to secure control of AValfiscli Bay in return for a concession to a British company to construct a railway.]
