CHRISTCHURCH, Dec. 3
Mr. H. W. Bishop, 5.M.., returning officer for the Southern Maori distreit, to-day received the outstanding returns, which give Mr. Parata a majority of nine votes. Up till then Mr Urn had been leading by one vote.
