The manager of the local branch of the New Zealand Shipping Co. received a cable from the head office of the company in London yesterday evening, to the effect that the R.M.S. Tongariro, which met with a slight mishap recently, has reached London. i 1 is hoped to despatch her for New Zealand about the beginning of January.
