THE SHAH’S LATEST MOVE.
A CONSTITUTION AGAIN
REFUSED
UmTED Press Copyright (Received Dec. 2, 9.40 p.ni.) TEHERAN, Dec. 2. The Shah’s proclamation abolishing the constitution and refusing a Parliament has again been placarded at Teheran. It is believed that this action is taken with the view of testing the earnestness of the;British and Russian representations.
