NOTICE is hereby given that., by a Resolution passed at a Special Meeting of this Board, on Monday, the 30th November, 1908, the following additional BY-LAWS were adopted, and the same were ordered to come into force on the FIRST DAY OF JANUARY, 1909. RE HARBORMASTER S FEES. 184. That By-law No. 20 be amended by altering' the 4th Clause,jpage 10, to read as follows: — For any Ocean Going (not being a Colonial Trading Vessel as defined by section S of "The Harbors Act, 1878,” and not being a Coastal Vessel) of 120 tons register and upwards to Roadstead only, one penny per ton on arrival,, but so that the Owner, Master, or Agent of such Vessel shall not be called upon to pay more than sixpence per ton register in any half-year. For all other Steamers of 120 tons register and upwards to Roadstead only, when the Harbormaster has not been requested by the Owner, Master or Agent to board such vessel, one half-penny per ton register on arrival, but so that the Owner, Master, or Agent of such vessel shall not be called upon to pay nioro than threepence per ton register in any half-year.
