H.M.S. Prometheus ha/; returned from the New Hebrides, and reports that Aramasanga, one of the murderers of the Greig family, was given up by the tribe. The prisoner, incensed at the treachery of his people, led a punitive expedition to the village, where the ringleader of the murddr was shot dead. 'Aramasanga was transported 1 to Fiji for life.
