FATAL ACCIDENT.
WELL-KNOWN CONTRACTOR KILLED.

DUNEDIN, Nov. 17
A well-known contractor, Daniel -Allison, of Milton, was killed to-day near Waitahuna. He was driving a conveyance for the election, and n> is supposed that his horse supped on a steep face. Mr. Allison was found dead on the roud. One of the horse’s legs was broken.
