NEW PLYMOUTH, Nov. 16
A poll on the proposal io borrow £300.000 for New Plymouth Harbor Board redemption and new works was held to-day. The prop o'- il was carried by a largo majority, although the full returns arc not yet known. A t.hroe-iil'ths majority was necessary under the special Act to carry the proposal.
