Long presiding, unanimously adhered to Lord GWdor’s definition, namely superiority of at least 10 per cent in large armored ships OA'er the next tAA’o strongest naval Powers. Tho committee is considering stops to press for a tAVOPoAver debate in tho House of Commons.
