France has accepted the Germian formula, expressing mutual regretthat the Casablanca incident involved acts of violence, and providing that whatever country the arbitrators find responsible would apologise to the other for. the action of its agents. The formula was signed in Berlin yesterday. The alarming aspect of the incident is thus terminated.

LONDON, Nov. 11
