BERLIN, Nov. 11
France has accepted the Germian formula, expressing mutual regretthat the Casablanca incident involved acts of violence, and providing that whatever country the arbitrators find responsible would apologise to the other for. the action of its agents. The formula was signed in Berlin yesterday. The alarming aspect of the incident is thus terminated.
LONDON, Nov. 11
The “Times” says that Germany and France must feel relieved that the awful possibilities threatened by the Casablance Controversy have been ■averted. If Avar had been forced on Fiance it must inevitably ha\ r o iirvol\'ed other countries, including Britain. '

A Ministerial statement in. the 'LoAver House at Pesih described Servia’s conduct as unseemly and threatening, and hoped that Austria-Hun-gary Avould not bo compelled to employ the- resources at her command to calm her neighbors.
