GRAZING RUNS.
[TO THE EdITOB.] Sir,—Could you enlighten me as to whether the tenants whom the Government appear to have faith, with, are allowed to appeal Rathe Privy Council? If they are I think it- would be in the interest of all -having dealings with the Government to at once bring a test case. All interested * should subscribe towards the expense so as to settle, once and for all, whether a Government can break legal agreements made -by their predecessors. If necessary I am prepared to hand you a subscription towards this object.—l am, etc.. NO PIRACY., V [To the Editor.] Sir,—The matter from both sides having now been thrashed out, no good can eventuate from 3113- further correspondence on the above subject, and I fc-el sure you must- think there has been enough cheap advertising. 1 should like Mr. Black to think he has my sympathies in the position he finds himself, through no doubt a bit of bad luck, but- at the same time think he might have left- out in his last letter that in his opinion I was only a nonentity-. Might I say to Mr. Blaclj* that I would sooner be lau S. Simson with breeks 18-carat mark and stamped than air. Black with only a veneer to cover up the brummagem.—l am, etc.. lAN S. SIMSON.
