BELGRADE, Nov. 5
Sixteen thousand Servian troops occupy the heights around Belgrade. One half of the l Sliumadia division and two additional regiments have been ordered to Belgrade. The bullion in the National Bank is being taken to Kragnevatz, also the general army staff, -and bulk stores' of munitions. The -troops on the frontier near Bosnia have been reinforced.
