The lion. Jas. Carroll, accompanied by Mr. It. M. Birrelll, left for Wuiroa yesterday, and is to speak at various places >on route. A Press Association cable message from Melbourne states that tho estate of tho late Mr. David Synie, proprietor of the “Ago” newspaper, yielded £92,486 probate duty.
