QUEENSLAND PRESBYTERIAN ' CHURCH. LEGAL PROCEEDINGS. .United Press Association, Copyright -BRISBANE, Oct. 31. ' The Chief Justice delivered judgement in the case brought by Dr LFrackleton against the Presbytery of •Queensland and the General Assembly •of the Presbyterian Church. He found that the Presbytery had acted dy,- unjustly, and injuriously agad'nst -the plaintiff, whose suspension was ’illegal and void. The proceedings of rthe General Assembly were also de--cla-rcd to be void. He granted a mandamus against the General Assembly and Presbytery in terms of the claim. Judgment was given- for with costs of all proceedings.
