OAMARU, Oct. ,22. The North Otago Jockey j Club s spring meeting began to-day' in rather unpropitious weather. The weather was threatening when the races started, and rain fell during the afternoon. The attendance was small, and the sum of £3543 went through the machine. Results!: — iB ell field Hurdles, one anile .and ahalf. —Ringinan 1, Grosvenor 2, Leonarclo 3.
