On discharge at the latter port she proceeds to Newcastle, .where she will load coal for Gisborne. The U.S.'S. Co.’s Squall is due this morning from Tologa Bay and Auckland with general cargo. The U.S.'S. Co.’s Haupiri is due from South to-morrow morning, and leaves later for Coast .ports and Auckland. Present arrangements are for the Tuatea to leave the wharf with outward passengers at noon. The U.S.Si Co.’s Flora,, at present undergoing overhaul at Port Chalmers, will replace the s.s. Haupiri in the Auckland-East Coast running • about the end of the .present month. The U.S.'S. Co.’s Wan aka is 'due here about Friday on her way from Southern ports to Auckland. The Canterbury Shipping Co.’s' s.s. Ripple is due early from Westport with timber for Messrs Peacocke and Co. •The schooner Awanui is overdue from Coast ports and Auckland, and may arrive at any hour. Monte Video on Friday .■ The following passengers for 'Gisborne are aboard the s.s. Karamea, due at Dunedin from London on October 22nd: Misses A. Davis, - C. Gn-1-ligan, (Mesdames Galiligam, Cti'shme, Messx’s-,W. Oushine, T. Gadligan, J. Hopkins, and H. Sutton. The triple-screw steamer Orari.is now being completed- at Dumbarton for the New Zealand .Shipping Company, and should leave shortly on her maiden voyage to New Zealand. The first Oran owned by the company was a little clipper ship, which made many fast trips between Now Zealand and London.
