A PARLIAMENTARY REPORT.

[Special to “Times.”] WELLINGTON, Oct. 10. The report on tho East Coast' Native Trust Lands was presented to Parliament yesterday. A further sum of £sooo_ lias been paid off tiie mortgages raised by tho Board. The total owing by the Trust on mortgage has been reduced to £21,000. The rents received during tho year were £.3115. Tho position of rent-producing blocks is so greatly improved that it is now practicable -to pay over to the benificiares a very much larger portion of the rents than heretofore. It is intended to clear and farm a portion of Mangipoiko 2 B block during next year.
