Mr. Bryan, in another letter, declares that if elected lie will enforce the anti-trust laws persistently and consistently, not spasmodically and intermittently like President Roosevelt.

Roosevelt now declines to reply to Bryan's last letter on the ground that the controvejrsv is now descending to •‘personalities.
