Colonel 11. Plows, general manager of the Great ’.Northern Railway (Ireland), has given particulars ol a peculiar delay to a train. On June the 7.10 a.in. train from Ballyhaiso Junction to Uelturhet, was detrained lor an hour anil forty minutes, owing to the .failure of tiio electric train stall: instrument.
