SYDNEY, Sept. 9. Lord Dudley officially landed at noon, and was sworn in at the pavilion on the Domain used m connection with the American fleet festivities. Ho was warmly welcomed by a ■gathering of 15,000, and by tie crowds lining the streets torn the pavilion to Government House.
