Charles Single, who had been arrested on warrant in connection with failing to comply with, tile terms of a maintenance order issued against him, was remanded until Monday 14th inst. Bail was allowed, accused in £SO and two sureties of £25 each. BREACH OF BY-LAW. For cycling on the footpath within the borough a youth named John Grant was fined 10s with 7s costs.
