SHIPBUILDING ON THE MOVE. NEW ORDERS PLACED. United Press Association. Copyright (Received Sept. 4, 11.10 p.ni.) LONDON, Sept. 1. There are marked signs of a revival in the shipbuilding and iron and steel trades in Scotland and the North of England. Forty thousand tons of new shipping lias' been entrusted to Clyde builders within a week.
